Terms and Conditions

The owner of the online shop / service platform tryhh.ee is Taimtip OÜ (registration number 14713146), with its registered office at Pilsu, Kulli village, 61107 Elva municipality, Tartu County.

1. General Provisions and Provision of the Service

1.1. These terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of training courses, seminars and related services (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’) via the website tryhh.ee.

1.2. The provider of the Service is Taimtip OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Seller’).

1.3. In addition to these terms and conditions, the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

2.1. All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT.

2.2. Payment for purchases is processed securely via the Montonio Finance UAB payment solution.

2.3. The Seller has no access to the Buyer’s bank account or payment card details.

3. Registration for and Participation in Training

3.1. Registration for the training course is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3.2. Once payment has been made, a confirmation and the necessary information for participating in the training course will be sent to the Buyer’s email address.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms

4.1. The Purchaser is entitled to withdraw from the training course and request a refund of the amount paid under the following conditions:

• If the Purchaser notifies the Seller in writing by email to linda@tryhh.ee at least 7 days before the training course takes place, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
• In the event of later notification or failure to attend the training, the amount paid will not be refunded; however, by agreement with the Seller, it is possible to transfer participation to another date or to another person.

4.2. If the training is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Seller, the full amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

5. Processing of personal data

5.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data (name, email address, telephone number, personal identification number/date of birth for the certificate) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and organising the training, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

5.2. The personal data required for making payments will be transferred to the authorised processor, Montonio Finance UAB.
