NATURE AND CRAFTMANSHIP

We grow truffles, train truffle dogs and create experiences where nature, humour and craftsmanship come together around the same table. Sometimes in Italy, France or Spain. Mostly here in Estonia – at home, right in the heart of real life.

TIME AND DEDICATION

We planted our first truffle trees back when hardly anyone believed in them. We waited. Sometimes we had our doubts. And we learnt that truffles don’t follow orders – they appear when they’re ready.

TRUST AND COOPERATION

Dogs became part of our story quite naturally. After all, truffles are sought out using a dog’s nose and the trust between dog and human. We love dirty hands, clever dogs, good wine and laughter that comes out of the blue.
